Directions Terms of Use

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Purpose]

These Terms of Use set forth the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Daeyang Immigration Law Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

Article 2 [Effectiveness and Amendment]

1) These Terms of Use take effect as soon as they are posted online. The Company may amend these Terms if necessary for business or reasonable causes, with notice posted online.

2) If a user does not agree with the amended terms, they may suspend service usage and cancel the agreement. Continuing to use the service after the changes are effective will be considered as acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 3 [Matters Not Specified]

Any matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Company’s notices, user guidelines, and applicable laws.

Chapter 2: Service Use Agreement

Article 4 [Formation of Agreement]

1) The service agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms, enters the necessary information, and the Company reviews and accepts the application.

Article 5 [Service Use and Suspension]

1) The service is available 24/7.

2) The Company may temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of the services without prior notice in cases of technical issues, system maintenance, or emergencies.

Chapter 3: Rights and Responsibilities

Article 6 [Company’s Responsibilities]

1) The Company will make every effort to ensure the user can immediately access and continuously use the service.

Article 7 [User’s Responsibilities]

1) Users are responsible for managing their account information, including ID and password.

2) Users must notify the Company of any changes to the information provided in their application.

Chapter 4: Termination and Restrictions

Article 9 [Termination of Agreement]

1) Users may terminate the service agreement through online or other means, and the Company will process the termination immediately.

Article 10 [Service Restrictions]

1) If the Company needs to restrict service access, users will be notified with the reason, date, and duration via email, phone, or written notice.

Chapter 5: Privacy Protection and Limitation of Liability

Article 12 [Privacy Protection]

1) The Company will take necessary measures to ensure that personal information is protected and secure.

Article 14 [Limitation of Liability]

1) The Company is not liable for any damages related to services provided free of charge, except in cases of gross negligence.

Chapter 6: Dispute Resolution

Article 15 [Dispute Resolution]

1) The Company and the user will make every effort to resolve disputes related to the service amicably.

Supplementary Provisions (Effective Date)

These Terms of Use are effective from January 14, 2010.

Daeyang Immigration Law Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") values your personal information and processes it in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. This Privacy Policy outlines the purpose, method, and retention period of personal information collected when using the services provided by the Company.

1. Information Collected

The Company collects the following personal information to provide services:

- Required Information: Name, Mobile Number, Email, Address
- Automatically Collected Information: Service usage records, visit logs, cookies, IP address, browser type and version, etc.

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

1) Identity verification and real-name authentication for service provision.
2) Providing immigration and non-immigration visa-related services: U.S. immigration visas and non-immigration visas, other country visas, immigration law services, and related information.
3) Establishing communication channels with customers: Responding to customer inquiries and improving services.
4) Marketing and advertising: Providing personalized services, event information, and promotions.
5) Preventing bad members and fraudulent use of services.
6) Fulfilling legal obligations: Complying with applicable laws.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company will immediately destroy personal information once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, in the following cases, the personal information may be retained for a specified period:

- Legal retention obligations: In accordance with related laws, such as the Commercial Act and the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act, the Company may retain transaction-related records for a certain period.
- Customer consent: Personal information may be retained for the period specified by the customer’s consent.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company generally does not provide personal information to external parties. However, personal information may be provided in the following cases:

1) If the customer has given prior consent.
2) If required by law, such as in response to a request by law enforcement authorities.
3) If necessary to comply with legal obligations.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company does not outsource the processing of personal information to external companies. In the future, if outsourcing becomes necessary, the Company will notify customers in advance about the outsourcing party and the details of the outsourced tasks and obtain prior consent if required.

6. Use and Rejection of Cookies

The Company may use cookies to store and retrieve customer information. A cookie is a small text file sent from the website server to the customer’s browser and stored on the customer’s hard disk.

- Purpose of Cookies: To analyze user visit frequency and time, providing personalized services and targeted marketing.
- How to Reject Cookies: Customers can reject cookie installation by adjusting their web browser settings. However, rejecting cookies may limit the use of some services.
